Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in Gluluxe! Please thoroughly read the policies below prior to purchasing. By shopping with this company, you are agreeing to all store policies. Thank you again for shopping ♡
With this being a small business all wig orders require the Gluluxe order verification form to be filled out within 24 hours of placing an order. Your order will not be shipped until this form is complete. This form will be sent via email immediately after you place your order. If you don't receive the email or your email needs to be changed please email contact@gluluxe.com or you can fill it out by clicking HERE. Failure to fill out this form within 24 hours will result in your order being canceled.
PRE ORDER UNITS : All units take about 14 - 30 BUSINESS DAYS (Not including holidays.) Being that I do everything myself, units may take a bit longer. I advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues. If you're in need of a unit by a specific time, please don't hesitate to let me know! I'll be more than happy to work with you! If not , check out my ready to ship units.
READY TO SHIP UNITS : Allow 3-5 days for your order to ship.
All orders are shipped with carriers USPS and UPS. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED upon delivery. Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. I will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.
SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES: full insurance just in case USPS or UPS misplaces your package or anything of that sort. Please understand that things do happen and It is completely out of my control. If a package does happen to get lost, a claim MUST be filed with said shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you. Gluluxe will not be help liable
OUT OF STATE CUSTOMERS: All packages come fully insured and require a signature. Please be aware that custom fees may apply from the CARRIER and I am not the one charging you any additional fees. All customers are responsible for paying any custom fees that may apply.
Once your order has been completed , shipping usually takes up to 1-4 business days to arrive depending on where the customer resides. Express shipping is offered at checkout.
Business days are Monday- Friday( Observed holidays + weekends are not included. )
Returns and exchanges
Returns are permitted within 2 days of receiving the package. The unit must be returned in the same manner you received it, LACE INTACT & UNWORN and in its original packaging.
No exchanges are permitted.
Cancellations : ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU HAVE UNTIL THAT SAME DAY TO CANCEL ( 11:59PM EST ). You will not be able to cancel any time after that. Cancellations are an inconvenience as we strive to keep things running as smooth as possible. THANK YOU!
Important info
For pre orders and custom made units, please be sure that you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a unit. Ensure that your braids are FLAT and small enough to get an accurate measurement. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY WRONG MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED! There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but I do get colors as close as possible. Especially with colors such as highlights as they aren't always identical. Lighting does play a huge role and can also alter the way the custom color may look. Nonetheless, I do strive to recreate each unit as closely as possible!
